Our History of Client-Driven Investment

Site2 provides a sophisticated suite of Cloud services, with a specialized focus on data availability for companies engaged in highly regulated industries.

The company has grown through strategic and evolutionary business alliances, under the leadership of an undaunted core management team. Our principal partners established the business in 2005 as United Data Management Services, Inc.  Its inaugural services included security and compliance consulting helping small and mid-sized organizations in the Northeast to benefit from the principals and best practices gained from Fortune 100 experience.

To provide clients with data storage facilities to rival government entities, the company joined forces with Diversified Information Technologies Inc. (DIT) in 2006 and operated as a distinct division under the name Diversified Availability Solutions (DAS).  Diversified resources allowed for nationwide expansion. During this time, DAS also garnered recognition as Northeastern Pennsylvania's exclusive Wall Street West Company.

In December of 2008, principal partners led the DAS divestiture forming Site2.  With a renewed focus on hosted core business services, Site2 relocated its Corporate headquarters to its present location within the exclusive Cait Center on 417 Lackawanna Avenue in Scranton, PA. This facility also houses an additional datacenter, offices and training facilities.

Serving clients in the financial, healthcare, legal and government industries, Site2 continues to specialize in suppporting the IT service needs of highly regulated industries.  Site2 is well positioned to reinforce and expand its infrastructure and make additional targeted and customer-driven investments.
